Q. How can I reset my password?

A. Please navigate to the password reset page to regain access to your account.


Q. Will my details remain private?

A. Yes, we have a zero tolerance policy against spam. We are humans too and we probably hate spam even more than you!


Q. Can I close my account?

A. To close your account please open your profile page. Next, you should click the button lablled 'Delete account' to submit an account removal request to our staff. Your account will be reviewed for outstanding invoices and then permanently deleted.


Q. How can I change my password?

A. To update your password please login to your account and navigate to the password management page.


Q. Can I change my email address?

A. No, currently we do not support this feature. If you would like an account with a different email please delete your account and then re-register.


Q. Do you have a referral program?

A. Yes. You can earn every month (as long as your referrals keep using and paying their accounts), 25% of whatever your referrals pay every month. The payout is in form of account credit applied to your account so that you can get a discounted/free service from IINapi.com. Once you login into your account you can see on the left side: Tell a friend. There is the unique referral URL and your affiliate stats.


Q. When will I be billed?

A. We operate on a NET30 billing cycle so you will receive a new invoice every 30 days starting from the date that you register your account with us.


Q. Are my payment details secure?

A. Yes, your card details are sent directly from your browser to our payment processor, Stripe, a PCI DSS certified industry leader.


Q. Do you charge a card processing fee?

A. No, the processing costs we incur are built into the price of the APIs.


Q. How much can I expect to be charged?

A. To ensure that we can provide our users with the best possible rates we have created individual billing plans with unique tariff sizes and structures for each API type. To estimate how much you will be charged please use our pricing calculator on the home page.


Q. Will I receive an invoice?

A. You will receive an invoice every 30days for the previous 30days usage, regardless of if you have no usage, strictly free usage, or paid usage.


Q. Where can I see a breakdown of my bill?

A. The invoice you will receive each month will itemise your usage of each API.


Q. Where can I find API documentation?

A. Please see our docs page to review our API documentation and other information.


Q. Do you offer API integration help?

A. Yes, for assistance please contact us via email to [email protected]. Please include as much information as possible about your configuration and the issues you are facing.


Q. Do you provide API call logs?

A. Yes, you may review your web API usage in your personal API log section. We keep API call logs for 6 months (180 calendar days) from the time the request was made. After that time period they will be deleted from our servers.


Q. How can I add an API whitelist entry?

A. Navigate to the API IP whitelist page and enter the IP address of your web server.


Q. How can I get in touch?

A. The default method to get in touch with us is through the contact page for general enquiries and implementation specific questions.


Q. Is IINAPI secure?

A. Yes. To clarify, no system is ever truly 100% secure, however we follow security best practises and develop with security as a priority. Rest assured that we do take security very seriously.
