At IINAPI we exist to make your life easier and decrease development time, for this reason we do not impose arbitrary API usage rate limits.

That is not to say you do not have the ability to fight fraud; by using a combination of IINAPI and our User Agent API over at UserAgent.app you can build a comprehensive view of your customer and whether or not the transaction will bring you increased revenue or headaches.
The security of our service, API, and customer information is treated with the utmost sincerity. To illustrate our dedication to security consider our web API, which has been designed from the ground up to provide the perfect balance between usability, responsiveness, and top-notch security. Make use of our optional IP address whitelisting feature to ensure only your authorised servers can consume our API using your key.
Let's keep it simple. Consumption of our API can be perform with a single and standard HTTP GET request with an appended API key.
